Ordering Requirements

First order minimum of $200.00, no minimum on subsequent orders. Natural Beauty Jewelry suggests an adequate amount of merchandise be maintained in order to maximize sales potential. First order full payment by check or credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards. Net payment terms are not available at this time.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted to let you know the order total and/or to request any necessary credit card information. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after order placement. All orders are shipped US Priority Mail unless expedited delivery is requested by the customer. Shipping charges apply and include shipping, handling and insurance fees. We will ship anywhere in the US. Any refused shipments or unclaimed merchandise will incur a 10% surcharge/restocking fee.
You must have a valid tax identification number to place an order.
Returns accepted on first orders only within 30 days of original purchase and up to $1000.00 worth of merchandise. If you receive any damaged product, you must notify Natural Beauty Jewelry within 7 days of order receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact us by phone or email prior to shipping your return to receive a return authorization number. Special orders and custom made items are non-returnable.
Prices subject to change without notice. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 7 days of original order placement. If you cancel your order after the 7 days cancellation period is over, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
