If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase from Natural Beauty Jewelry or the product contains a manufacturers defect, it may be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Manufacturers defects may include but are not limited to faulty components, cracked stones, loose findings, etc. and does not include but is not limited to pieces that have been dropped, banged or mistreated in any way. Due to the natural properties of gemstones, color may vary. All returns must be accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization number and the original receipt. Please email (info@naturalbeautyjewelry.com) or call Natural Beauty Jewelry to receive your return authorization number prior to shipping your return. Return postage will be refunded when appropriate. Any refused shipments, unclaimed merchandise or returns made after the 30 day warranty will incur a 10% surcharge/restocking fee. Special orders and custom made items are non-returnable or refundable.
